The Roundhouse Foreman can use this information to confirm adequate power assigned to the consist. Also, if an 'event' occurs, the Dispatcher and Back Office staff can use this info to help develop alternative course of action.

Data Description:

Rolling Stock on Train at this Stop - number of car is calculated based on manifest and stop

Train Total Weight at this stop - weight of cars and cargo is calculated at each stop

Consist Total Horsepower - calculated based on all locomotive on the consist

Consist Max. Pulling Weight - calculated based on nominal consist horsepower and environmental scenario chosen

Function Descriptions:

Announce Weight/Horsepower Errors - uncheck if your database does not provide weight and horspower data in your rolling stock inventory
