The track Joiners table specifies the connection between track or tracks and turnouts including their orientation. Using the track, turnout, block, signal, and track joiners tables your railroad topology can be accurately specified and used in a number of useful ways including running trains automatically.
This figure shows some track joiner specifications.
Track # - Unique number of a track segment or siding
Track ID - Unique short name of a track segment or siding
Rail Class - class of this track
Looking East:
Adjoining Trackwork
Type - specify either a Turnout or Track is attached to the East end of this track
# if a turnout - Turnout ID of turnout connected to East end of this track
Endpoint, if a turnout - Facing Point, Main Frog or Diverging frog of Turnout is attached to East end of this track
Trk to Trk, Main Frog or TO Closed
Prior/Next Track # - Track ID of Track attached to East end of this track; either directly or through a turnout.closed at facing point or main frog leg
Track End - next track must be attached via its West end!
Rail Class - class of the next track
Diverging Frog or TO Thrown
Prior/Next Track # - Track ID of Track attached to East end of this track; either directly or through a turnout.thrown at facing point or diverging frog leg
Track End - next track must be attached via its West end!
Rail Class - class of the next track
Looking West

None directly; used by train run automaton logic
Specify all trackwork at least on main lines, bypasses, yard throats, and interchange throats
